Order Processing Times

At Caly’Paws, every order is carefully prepared before shipment. Order processing generally takes between 7 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your package in real-time. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues

Caly’Paws cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, address errors provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.). Please carefully verify your delivery information before finalizing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with supporting photos. We will do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
