General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the Caly’Paws website. Every order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations (color, size, appearance) may exist, particularly due to screen display settings or manufacturing processes.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed according to the country and include applicable VAT (if applicable). Caly’Paws reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Ordering
The customer places an order on the site by following the designated process. The order is considered validated once payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via secure methods (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other methods offered on the site). Transactions are secured via the Shopify platform.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided during the ordering process. Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Caly’Paws cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Items must be returned in their original, complete condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective).
8. Returns and Refunds
After the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days via the same payment method used for the initial order.
9. Warranty
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legislation.
10. Liability
Caly’Paws shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Total liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Personal Data
Information collected is necessary for order processing and is handled in compliance with current regulations.
12. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
